A Site Visit Help Tool for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) providers has been posted to the NCTracks Provider Portal and the NC Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) website. (See links below.) This tool from Public Consulting Group (PCG) is intended to help NEMT providers prepare for the site visit required for enrollment in the NC Medicaid program. NEMT providers are encouraged to review this important information.
