Issue Checking Claim Status

NC Tracks is aware of an issue effecting providers trying to access claim status on the Provider Portal. Our technical team is working is working to resolve the issue. An update will be posted on the NCTracks Provider Portal when more information is available. In the meantime, providers are encouraged to use the Automated Voice Response System (AVRS) at 1-800-723-4337.
