Attention: All Providers EHR Provider Survey
The NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is currently assessing the Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities across North Carolina. To that end, a survey is being conducted in relation to the new Health Information Exchange Authority (NCHIEA) law that was enacted in September 2015. This new law states that all Medicaid reimbursed health entities are required to send their EHR data to the state's NCHIEA by March 2018 and all state reimbursed health entities are required to send their EHR data to the NCHIEA by June 2018.
The survey was sent to all NCTracks providers. If you have already responded to the survey, we thank you. If not, your participation would be much appreciated. The survey should only take about 5 minutes to complete. Click the link below to take the EHR survey.
The deadline has been extended to COB May 27, 2016.
