CSC is now CSRA

On November 30, 2015, the government services unit of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) joined with SRA International, Inc., to form CSRA. The company has a combined heritage of 90 years supporting U.S. federal and state government customers.

Our role as fiscal agent for the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and, specifically, the NCTracks claims payment system remains the same. Over the next few months, providers will see the new name and logo in correspondence, the NCTracks provider portal, and other materials. All NCTracks contacts and their phone numbers will stay the same.
