Update on Issue with FQHC and RHC Claim Denials

FQHC and RHC claims have been denying for Edit 00434 (Rendering taxonomy invalid for procedure) when billing procedure code T1015. This issue is expected to be resolved on January 18, at which point the system will bypass the edit for procedure code T1015.
