Issue with PA Request for Additional Information Letters

Some providers are not receiving the Request for Additional Information letters (related to a Prior Approval request) in their secure NCTracks Provider Portal Message Center Inbox. They are receiving them in the US postal mail.

This issue is currently being researched. When more information is available, an update will be posted in the Issues List (#199), found under Quick Links on the Provider Portal Home Page.
