Attention: Optical Providers Issue Resolved with Auto-Approval of Optical Prior Approval Requests

The issue identified yesterday with some Optical Prior Approval (PA) requests that typically auto-approve going into a "TO BE DENIED" status (which requires NCTracks staff to manually review them) has been resolved.
