Issue Resolved - Preferred Schedule III-IV Products

Recently, providers were prompted to initiate a prior approval (PA) request for preferred Schedule III-IV analgesics. Tramadol, Tramadol/APAP, Codeine/APAP tablets, and Codeine/APAP liquid are preferred and do not require manual PA. This issue was resolved on August 30, 2017. Providers should no longer have to manually enter a PA for these preferred C-III and C-IV drugs.
