Submit Records Claims via the Provider Portal

Records Claims can be submitted via the secure NCTracks Provider Portal and it will expedite their processing. Orthodontists are encouraged to submit Records Claims via the Provider Portal, rather than on paper. If the Records Claims are submitted on paper, providers should make certain all fields on the claim are completed. Fields that are frequently incomplete on paper Records Claims include:

Box 1 - Statement of actual services
Box 24 - Procedure Date
Boxes 49 and 54 - Billing and Rendering NPI information

Incomplete paper Records Claims will be delayed in processing.
