Reminder of NCTracks ICD-10 Provider Readiness Survey 3

As part of NCTracks preparations for the implementation of ICD-10, we are conducting a Provider Readiness Survey. This is the third iteration of the survey. The survey is being conducted several times between now and October 1 to help gauge the progress of the provider community.

However, you do not need to have taken the previous surveys to complete this one. All providers are welcome to complete this survey. The survey is brief, only 8 questions. Providers should be able to complete it in 5 minutes or less. The link to the survey is below and it will be open until 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 5. All responses are anonymous and appreciated.
