New ICD-10 Resources from CMS

There is a new 29 minute MLN Connects video that was recorded from a presentation at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) ICD-10 Coordination and Maintenance Committee on March 18, 2015, titled “Estimating the Impact of the Transition to ICD-10 on Medicare Inpatient Hospital Payments.� (See link below.) This video can be watched at any time.

On June 18, there will be a MLN Connects National Provider Call on the topic of “Preparing for Implementation and New ICD-10-PCS Section X.� CMS subject matter experts will present strategies and resources to help providers prepare for October 1.
